ISM Entertainment, a leading entertainment marketing agency specializing in Brand Partnerships with Fortune 1000 companies and high profile Hollywood Properties announced today an alliance with NASCAR drivers Mike and Chrissy Wallace – Mike Wallace Racing Inc. The agreement will enable ISM Entertainment to provide support for marketing and branding initiatives for the Wallace Racing Team in 2009/2010.
As a teenager with braces on her teeth and rubber bands tying back her blonde hair, Chrissy Wallace told all the boys she one day would be a NASCAR driver. Chrissy made her NASCAR debut March 29th, 2008 in the Craftsman Truck Series at Martinsville Speedway. NASCAR execs have been pushing, quite strongly for their Cup team owners to create diversity opportunities for women and minorities at every spot, from under the car to behind the wheel. The emergence of Chrissy Wallace on the NASCAR circuit will certainly open the door for more female participation. “I’m very excited about working with ISM Entertainment. Mike Wallace, a restrictor plate specialist, is known for having great success at super speedways such as Daytona and Talladega. Mike Wallace has over 300 short track wins, while also recording wins in the ARCA Series and NASCAR (Nationwide, Truck and Winston) West Series. In Cup, Mike has eight career Top 10 finishes and a career high finish of 2nd at Phoenix. In 2008, Wallace made his 600th NASCAR career start behind the wheel of the #7 Toyota Camry and finished 8th in 2008 national points. Wallace first raced in NASCAR’s #2 series in 1990 and has been a fixture in the NASCAR scene every year since. In 2009, Chrissy will continue racing in the NASCAR Truck Series while Mike is available for both Nationwide and Sprint Cup events.
