Autostraddle.com, a new website for 'Girl-on-Girl Culture,' Presents "Rodeo Disco" at Mason Dixon in New York City on Sunday, June 28th, the last day of NYC Pride.

New York, NY, June 11, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Autostraddle.com, the web's newest destination for smart, hip and hilarious lesbian & bisexual women, is celebrating NYC Pride with their first annual Rodeo Disco pride party at Lower East Side bar Mason Dixon (133 Essex St.) on June 28th beginning at 8pm. In addition to sexy cowgirls, drink specials, mechanical bull rides, professional party photographers and a sweet raffle; Rodeo Disco will feature three incredible DJs -- DJ Boom Boom, Autostraddle's own DJ Carlytron and a special 10pm set from downtown legend DJ Lady Starlight of Lady Gaga's Starlight Revue. Tickets are available now on Autostraddle.com for $12, or at the door the night of for $15.

The party is intended to celebrate the site’s launch and support present endeavors as the team works towards an investment-based model for the future while still paying rent and ideally also paying their electric bills. "What better way to get the word out than to throw a big crazy party?" says television and technology editor Carly Usdin, AKA DJ Carlytron. An online raffle and fundraising drive will be held in conjunction with the party with prizes from Babeland, 410 BC and Uh Huh Her, among others.
