Mr. Richards represents voice over internet protocol (VoIP) companies, long distance carriers, competitive local exchange carriers, a powerline communications company, telecommunications trade associations, information service providers, and users of telecommunications services in transactional and litigation matters, and before the Federal Communications Commission and state public utility commissions. Mr. Richards is the author of numerous articles on telecommunications and is a frequent speaker on telecommunications issues such as internet communications, interconnection, and the local and inter-exchange markets.
