A Business Writer’s Aim: To Make You the Expert

“I’m passionate about online writing because I know first-hand how effective it can be to make your business thrive and set yourself from the competition as an expert in your field,” Ellie McFadden says. McFadden, an independent business writer, has turned her desire for writing and marketing into a business, The Write Bridge.

Minneapolis, MN, August 18, 2006 --(PR.com)-- Ellie McFadden, an independent business writer, has turned her desire for writing and marketing into a business, The Write Bridge. She also has recently launched a website with the same name: www.thewritebridge.com.

McFadden specializes in online copywriting services, like blogging, e-newsletters, website content, and ghostwritten articles and books. “I’m passionate about online writing because I know first-hand how effective it can be to make your business thrive and set yourself from the competition as an expert in your field,” Ellie says.

Her business background includes her craft business: On the Lake Creations. McFadden turned her hobby for rubber stamping into a full-time business she ran from her home. Her business was conducted 95% online, through her website. She had no other business or website-building background. She taught herself how to build a website and more importantly promote it. She started with family and friends as her only clients to having customers from all over the country (and overseas), call her to place orders and ask her for rubber stamping advice. Ellie ended her rubber stamping business due to a divorce and a move to a new city but her entrepreneur spirit did not end.

Ellie’s passion for writing started as a child and continued to her college days at The College of St. Catherine, in St. Paul, MN. She studied writing and was the Assistant News Editor for the college newspaper. Years later, she is returning to writing. She is taking her past experiences of writing and running her own business and turning that into a business writing career. “I’m naturally curious about numerous interests. In the past, I felt that hindered me because I couldn’t pinpoint just one career direction. Now, as a writer, it’s strength for my client to have a writer who is truly interested in what they do,” McFadden says.

“Every word matters when it comes to communicating what you want to get across in your marketing and I like that challenge. If you’re not sure how to effectively communicate that message, your customer will move on to your competition. I want to work with my clients to make sure their message is clear and concise,” McFadden states. “My goal, as a marketing writer, is to help my client be viewed as an expert. When you establish yourself as an expert, your customers will always come back to you and that is invaluable.”

One of Ellie’s clients, Nell Taliercio with TelecommutingMoms.com says about McFadden’s writing services, “Ellie, I had to write and tell you how pleased I am with your press release services. Not only were you professional and easy to work with, but you were quick in your turn around time. I'm excited to send out this amazing press release you wrote up for me and start seeing the press beat down my virtual door!”

As a way to celebrate the opening of her business, McFadden is offering to write a free press release with the purchase of her article writing service (one ghostwritten article). This offer is good through September 15th, 2006.
