Calloway’s Nursery Offers Small Design Classes and Personal Design Consultations

Fort Worth, TX, July 02, 2009 --(PR.com)-- In keeping with the company’s goal of making gardening fun, easy and successful for Texas gardeners, Calloway’s Nursery is pleased to offer several gardening design classes and consultations in August at its locations in Fort Worth, North Plano and Houston.

For a $10 fee, gardeners can register for small-sized classes that are designed for gardeners, who need any level of gardening advice, on Aug., 8. The class focuses on the basics of gardening, and participants will receive answers and advice from a Texas-Certified Nursery Professional. The facilitator will discuss soil preparation, lighting requirements, selection of plant materials and general care.

Calloway’s Nursery is also offering one-on-one personal design classes for a $50 fee. Gardeners registering for this class will spend time with a Texas-Certified Nursery Professional who will identify problem areas in home gardens and offer solutions and advice. The registrant is asked to bring a landscape plan and photos to get the maximum benefit from the session. At the completion of the Aug. 22 session, the participant will receive a $50 Calloway’s Gift Card.

“Our goal is to help Texas gardeners find success and beauty in the garden. We believe these classes will offer just that, and hope our customers take advantage of this limited-time, limited-space offer by registering for a class today,” Kimberly Bird, Vice President of Retail Marketing, said.
