Adcap Network Systems today announced that it has acquired Miami-based ADX Technologies. The company will operate under the name Adcap Network Systems. This acquisition represents a pooling of the expertise of two leading Cisco Advanced Technology solution providers in order to expand service offerings, improve customer service and increase operational efficiencies.
Atlanta, GA, July 09, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Adcap Network Systems today announced that it has acquired Miami-based ADX Technologies. The company will operate under the name Adcap Network Systems. This combination will create a more effective and efficient provider of technology services and solutions to businesses in the Southeastern United States.
The acquisition establishes Adcap Network Systems’ presence in the state of Florida. “This acquisition allows us to expand our service offerings into the Florida market,” explained CEO Rolf Versluis, “while providing our customers improved technical capabilities as well as an expanded level of managed services offerings.”
