Headquartered in New York and a regional office in Houston, Texas, this exciting new venture was established to provide a holistic, cost-effective solution to the increasingly complex engineering needs of the construction and energy industries.

Founding company Cantara Global serves as the business process outsourcing arm of a $500M private equity fund providing shared service facilities to its portfolio companies.

PT Prime Metal Engineering, which will now be named PT Cantara Engineering International, is a world-renowned provider of 3D modeling, detailing, and structural engineering solutions. The company specializes in steel tower and bridge structures, oil and gas equipment, plant systems, machine and gear, and power generation. With a staff of more than 500 experts, one of its main areas of concentration is to provide structural detailing and other engineering design services to its international energy and fabrication clients.
