Information Security Scholarships for Black Hat USA 2009 Attendees

EC-Council allocates information security scholarships to attendees of Black Hat Conference in Las Vegas, to contribute to the national endeavor on combating cyber crime and cyber terrorism. These scholarships will provide an opportunity for professionals to obtain globally recognized information security training and certification.

Albuquerque, NM, July 19, 2009 --(PR.com)-- EC-Council is proud to allocate 5 dedicated SecureAid awards to delegates of Black Hat Conference in Las Vegas. Through this strategic partnership, attendees of Black Hat Conference will have the opportunity to obtain internationally recognized EC-Council certifications that will equip them with the knowledge and skills required in today’s constantly evolving security landscape.

This partnership will see EC-Council allocate 5 SecureAid scholarships to suitable Black Hat attendees. Registrants of the conference may apply, and 5 deserving applicants will each be awarded one of these scholarships. Recipients of these scholarships will be selected by an independent committee from a separate pool of applicants made up by only registrants of the Black Hat conference.
