American Beryllia and Microcertec Announce Mutual Sales Agreement

American Beryllia Inc. and Microcertec SAS announced today the establishment of a Mutual Sales Representation agreement whereby Microcertec will represent American Beryllia’s beryllium oxide product line in France and Germany and American Beryllia will represent Microcertec’s aluminum nitride product line in the United States.

Haskell, NJ, July 30, 2009 --( Microcertec will represent American Beryllia’s complete line of beryllium oxide ceramic (BeO) heat sinks, crucibles, rods, washers, thermocouple tubing, substrates, and custom-made components and will focus on strategic customers in the microwave, laser, aerospace, and semiconductor markets in France and Germany. American Beryllia will promote and represent Microcertec’s aluminum nitride (AlN) precision ceramic components product line in the U.S.A. and Canada and will focus on the microwave, laser, aerospace, and semiconductor markets.
