)-- Old Corkscrew Golf Club has been included in Florida Golf Magazine’s annual Readers’ Choice Survey of favorite Florida golf courses. The list is created by the magazine’s readers who vote for their favorite golf course in each of six different geographic zones of Florida. To insure the integrity of the survey, only one ballot is allowed per golfer and criteria are in place to confirm the identity of voters if necessary. Only one other Lee County golf course was included on the list (Raptor Bay Golf Club). Other area courses include The Rookery at Marco and Tiburon Golf Club in Collier County and Riverwood Golf and Country Club in Charlotte County.
Florida Golf Magazine is printed quarterly and is circulated in print and online to more than 250,000 avid golfers each quarter.
