Gate2Shop Expands Payment Methods Again

Gate2Shop continues to answer the needs of the e-commerce industry, by extending localized payment methods globally our vendors can increase sales.

London, United Kingdom, August 10, 2009 --(PR.com)-- In a continuous effort to provide services that their vendors need to compete in today’s market, Gate2Shop has extended the portfolio of payment solutions.

The team at Gate2Shop is proud to announce that payment methods specifically for conducting business in Israel have been added. The Israeli credit and debit cards have been added together with the Israeli Shekel as an additional currency.

And for the vendors conducting business in France, Italy, and Denmark, Gate2Shop is now offering the Carta Bleue, Carta CI, Dankort cards.

· The Carta Bleue – (Blue card) is currently one of the larger debit cards in use throughout France and by the addition of this card a large target audience will be available for e-commerce sales.

· Carta SI – Presently the Carta SI is a very popular debit card in use in Italy. The use of these cards and other debit cards (or bank or check cards as referred to) are the preferred method of payment.

· Dankort Cards – is a Danish debit card and the national credit card of Denmark. In today’s use it is usually combined with the Visa card so it can be used easily when the cardholder travels abroad.

The addition of these payment methods are intended to make it easier for the Gate2Shop vendors to expand the accepted currencies that are presently using for the online transactions. By the additional payment methods that Gate2Shop continues to add, the hope is to better serve their valued clients.
