Empire Medical Training has provided Pain Management training for the past 11 years and is one of the most recognized training programs for learning injection procedures. The pain management program includes the Blind or palpatory technique for performing these procedures and includes extensive training in Fluoroscopically Guided Injection techniques. This is a very comprehensive, detailed Hands On Workshop.

Empire Medical Training provides training for physicians in the latest pain management injection techniques and procedures. Pain Management is one of the highest paying sub specialty services a physician can provide for patients making this a profitable addition to an existing practice. The usual physician attendees are specialists in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, General Surgery and other Primary Care Physicians.

Empire Medical Trainings instructors are top pain management physicians with extensive, day to day experience in Pain Management Injections. Advanced, Preceptorship training with an instructor can also be arranged after completing the initial workshop. Image guidance (either Fluoroscopic or Ultrasonic) is typically an integral part of performing spinal injections with precision added when using Image Guidance.

Training will also include how to perform the various injection techniques using ultrasound guidance for accurate, precise needle placement. Physicians learn to perform all the injection procedures confidently and correctly through hands-on laboratory settings. Physicians will be able to evaluate the patient then develop a treatment plan using injection techniques.

Upon completion of this program physicians can expand a current practice to include the sub specialty services of pain management injection procedures increasing options for existing patients and attracting new ones. There is an increase in reimbursement as well and this will be presented during the coding and reimbursement portion of the Pain Management program.
