Its agreement with Vibrant Solar, Inc. offers not only solar photovoltaic system options on all new homes, but also a complete Zero Carbon Systemâ„¢.

Denver, CO, August 16, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Home builder G.J. Gardner announces that it has signed an agreement with Vibrant Solar, Inc. to offer not only solar photovoltaic system options on all new homes, but also a complete Zero Carbon System™.

"A recently enacted Colorado state law mandates that going forward, new homes must include pre-wiring for solar. Because of our unique system, Vibrant goes above and beyond the law’s requirements. Basically, we are providing a paradigm shift," states Vibrant's VP Mark Simmons. Brook Swientisky of G.J. Gardner Homes - Colorado adds, "We know people want to live green. We have made a strategic decision to do this right by providing a complete solution. Living in a Zero Carbon System home not only saves money, but will help save the planet's ecosystems, which we all depend on."

About the Zero Carbon System
Designed and trademarked by Vibrant Solar in early 2009, the Zero Carbon System™ involves three renewable energy technologies and energy controllers that work in concert with each other. For the average home the system has:

five kilowatts of solar photovoltaic panels for electricity
a geothermal system for cooling and heating
a solar thermal system for domestic hot water;
two KVAR Energy Controllers to reduce electricity consumption

A home with the Zero Carbon System™ works like any other home. Utility company rebates and federal tax credits make the system affordable. Additionally, the home buyer earns 30% in federal tax credits - real credits deducted from taxes owed, not a deduction.

Carbon footprints are drastically reduced, while the home owner's utility bills drop to the flat fees, about $7 per month depending on the local utility company. The system pays for itself in as little as seven to eight years and lasts 50 or more years.

Vibrant has been working with G.J. Gardner to expand the Zero Carbon System™ throughout the entire Front Range of Colorado. The Zero Carbon System has also been promoted in South Carolina and Dubai, UAE.

G.J. Gardner Communities with the Zero Carbon System Option Include:
Colorado Springs: Forest Meadows, Village Center Estates, Wilshire Estates
Denver: Spring Valley Ranch, Fox Run, Dutch Creek Northern Colorado: Water Valley, High Plains Village, Harmony Meadows.
