Valley Vet Supply is celebrating it's 25th Anniversary this year. The company had its beginning in the back room of a veterinary clinic when practicing veterinarians Arnold Nagely and Ray Shultz began to expand on the traditional doctor/client relationship with local clients. Feeling that the veterinarian could provide added value to products by giving advice on how and when to use them, they began to draw clients from a larger area. As their client base expanded, so too did the request for delivery of products through the mail. So, almost by accident, the mail order catalog business was launched. Valley Vet Supply has long been known for its offering of health care and related supplies for horses, dogs, cats, cattle, swine, goats and other livestock.

Today, Valley Vet Supply has 120 employees in Marysville, KS, including the founding veterinarians, still willing to share their practical knowledge and advice.
