Ladies Workout Express of Robbinsville, NJ invites woman that do not currently exercise to come into the club and volunteer to participate in a 21-Day Fitness Study. Volunteer Requirements: Ladies age 18-85, do not currently exercise on a regular basis, will agree to follow a supervised 21-day training program with moderate exercise 30 minutes three times a week, will take a supervised fitness profile at the start and at the end of their 21-day program.
Ladies Workout Express of Robbinsville, NJ will be using their popularity to invite woman that do no currently exercise to come into the club and volunteer to participate in a 21-Day Fitness Study. The purpose of the study is to determine what positive effects non-exercisers can expect by completing the LWE 30 minute circuit three times per week for three weeks. There are some requirements for the volunteers to qualify to be a participant.
Ladies age 18-85.
Do not currently exercise on a regular basis.
Will agree to follow a supervised 21-day training program with moderate exercise 30 minutes three times a week.
Will take a supervised fitness profile at the start and at the end of their 21-day program.
Do not need to be a Ladies Workout Express member and there is no obligation to join the club.
$20 fully refundable deposit upon completion of the study.
Must be first-time guests.

Resting Heart Rate
The goal of the Fitness Study© is to determine what results can be expected with non-exercisers completing three weeks of moderate exercise utilizing the LWE circuit for 30 minutes 3x/week. Individual results will be kept confidential; however LWE reserves the right to use group results for promotional purposes.

The only thing in our bodies that burns fat is muscle, nothing else. As we age we lose muscle. On average, adults lose 7 to 10 pounds of muscle every 10 years after the age of 26. Consider this: Dropping the average heart rate just 3 beats per minute at the conclusion of The Fitness Study means the heart is beating 180 times less per hour and 4,320 less beats per day. Over the course of a year your heart would beat 1,576.800 times less. If these benefits can be realized in just three weeks exercising for thirty minutes three times per week doing moderate circuit training, imagine what can be accomplished in three months.
