(zed), a leading Information Technology Consultancy and SAP Software Solution Provider (SSP), recently announced the close of its acquisition of the E-Commerce and WebCRM solutions for SAP® Business One from SAP AG. Under the terms of the agreement, zed has the rights to develop, market, sell and support both products. The products have since been rebranded by zed and will now be sold under the names zed E-Commerce and zed WebCRM respectively. With nearly 20 years of industry experience, zed has been the ‘go to’ partner for SAP® Business One E-Commerce and WebCRM implementations and customizations since the products’ inception. This acquisition will assist zed to extend its market reach, while complementing the company’s existing core competencies.
Joining the zed team as the company’s Global Channel Manager is Mr. Tom Costa. As SAP’s former Senior Solutions Consultant for SAP® Business One, Tom brings invaluable product expertise and industry knowledge. Also joining zed from SAP is Mr. Bryce Blilie, Product Manager for the zedIT Solutions Software Suite (www.zedsuite.com), which includes zed E-Commerce and zed WebCRM, as well as zed B1WebAPI and zed Customer Portal. Bryce has been directly involved with the E-Commerce and WebCRM solutions for SAP® Business One since the products early beginnings. Combined with a strong and experienced development and support team, zed is ramped up and well positioned to bring the latest release of zed E-Commerce and zed WebCRM to a growing worldwide community of SAP® Business One users.
