Cincy Chic to Host "Wearable Art" Fashion Show

Local publication brings art to life for one unique night of fun, fashion and fine art

Cincinnati, OH, September 19, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Art will become fashion next Friday as local artists and boutiques feature their artistic wares for everyday wearability.

The “Wearable Art” Fashion Show will take place on September 25, 2009 from 6-9 p.m. at Sandra Small Gallery in Covington KY. The event is hosted by Cincy Chic (www.cincychic.com), the only online lifestyle publication for women in Greater Cincinnati, and will include artesian-crafted jewelry from Felicia Liban, hand-painted silk scarves by Kimber Henson and one-of-a-kind fall fashions from Paris J Boutique.

“Art is not always meant to be in a frame,” says Cincy Chic Publisher, Amy Storer-Scalia. “As attendees will see at this fashion show, art can be worn and accessorized to stand out from the crowd.”

The event is free to attend. Attendees will enjoy drink specials, giveaways and prizes throughout the night. The fashion show will begin at 8 p.m. and will feature unique artesian fashions from local boutiques.
