Stories for Children Magazine Announces Stanley Bookman Spooky Sounds Young Author Contest Winners

Ivins, UT, September 23, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Recently, the Stories for Children Magazine mascot, Stanley Bookman, posed the challenge to their young readers to write their own story about the spooky sounds you hear at night, in the backyard, or when you are camping. The entries received were all quite good and the editorial staff have poured over each and every entry, and have decided on the top three.

Without further ado the editorial staff of Stories for Children Magazine is pleased to announce the winners of the Stanley Bookman Spooky Sounds Contest:

1st Place: “The Big Boom,” by Kimberly Kay (this is her pen name).

2nd Place: “Spooky Night,” by Eden

3rd Place: “Sounds by the Sea,” by Jada

Join them today in congratulating each winner.

Be sure to check out the current issue of SFC Magazine for the magnificent articles and stories, and Featured Guest Author interview.
