BOTTLE PR has won the UK brief for Retail Eyes, and will specifically work to build a brand communications and media relations programme to promote the company’s unique approach to improving customer service.

BOTTLE PR will be tasked with generating brand communications that position Retail Eyes as much more than just a mystery shopping agency and targetting potential new sectors, and with developing a media relation programme to secure media coverage to help increase Retail Eyes’ shopper database.
