Metal Music Promotions Announce Signing of Feline Garage Rockers, Hear Kitty Kitty

Los Angeles, CA, October 03, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Metal Music Promotions are both excited and proud to announce their recent promotional partnership with the Los Angeles-based, rock band, Hear Kitty Kitty. A powerful and exciting band described as equal parts Joan Jett, Hole, Nirvana, The Distillers, and Green Day with a splash of Johnny Thunders.

Riding high off their recent, self-financed, full length album, 'Tails From The Alley' (released through their own label, Meow! Records), Hear Kitty Kitty have vowed to change the world.

Music from that album has already made a definite impact on the Rock n Roll scene. Three Hear Kitty Kitty songs have been featured on the MTV original programs - Surf Girls, Camp Jim, and Laguna Beach. Furthermore, two of their singles have charted on the KIAC Big 50 with "Summer Waves" reaching #3 and "On My Mind" peaking at #4.

'Tails From The Alley' also features some incredible guest musicians, including John Dolmayan (System of a Down), Chris Vrenna (NIN, KMFDM, Marilyn Manson), Tommy Stinson (Replacements, Guns n Roses), Cordell Crockett (Ugly Kid Joe), and Gina Schock (The Go-Go's).

Hear Kitty Kitty is the brainchild of the lovely and talented Nikita (vocals/guitar), who is a pro model and celebrity bartender. She has also co-written 26 songs with Kim Fowley of Runaways fame, as well as being chosen to front a project for accomplished EMI songwriter Jimmy Harry (Britney Spears, Ashley Simpson, Ryan Cabrerra, Skye Sweetnam)
