The Global Knowledge Congress Has Scheduled a Teleconference in October 2006 on "ERISA & Analyzing The Pension Reform Act of 2006"

New York, NY, September 26, 2006 --(PR.com)-- The Global Knowledge Congress, the leading producer of regulatory focused teleconferences has announced today that it has scheduled a teleconference analyzing ERISA and the Pension Reform Act of 2006 on October 26, 2006 at 10 am to 12 pm (EDT).

On August 3, 2006, the Senate passed H.R. 4, the Pension Protection Act of 2006 (the "Act")1, which provides significant relief from certain of the plan asset and prohibited transaction rules under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974. This new legislation would allow investment vehicles such as Hedge Funds to manage more assets from pension funds. What does this mean to Hedge Funds?
