We recognized the need for editing and proofing services while attending Oxford Brookes University, which hosts a large array of foreign and graduate students. The stress of writing dissertations and applying for jobs simultaneously can be overwhelming; we sought a service that would help edit and professionalize our own MA dissertations, resumes, and cover letters, but to no avail.
Enter Jargon Media LLC—a full-service editing company geared toward students and the business community. Our team of freelance editors are located around the globe and each editor has an advanced degree in publishing, English, or a related field.
And when we’re not editing the written word, we plan to publish it. From fiction to poetry, our goal is to edit, market, and produce two books a year starting in November 2009 with our first publication, Royal Amber by Jeanette M. Harris. We’re helping friends achieve their pipe dreams and will eventually accept submissions (everyone has a novel, right?).
