London, United Kingdom, November 05, 2009 --(PR.com
)-- Jewellery designer Kleshna is once again raising money for The Royal British Legions annual poppy appeal with a unique limited edition hand woven Poppy Brooch crystallized with Swarovski crystals. The campaign culminated in an official launch of the Poppy on the 3rd November 2009 at the Royal Hospital, Chelsea. Accompanying Kleshna was a number of Chelsea Pensioners, and a host of female celebrities including Zoe Salmon, Lizzie Cundy and Kristina Rihanoff.
After the hugely successful auction of the large Swarovski Poppy in 2008 which achieved a massive £6500.00 for The Royal British Legion, she was keen to get back out there and produce a limited edition of 50 brooches for Armistice Day 11.11.09 to raise even more money for the brave men and women that have and continue to fight.
Each one of the 50 Poppy brooches is delicately hand woven and unique in itself, all are crystallized with a sparkling array of red and green Swarovski crystals and each one comes with a designer signed authentication collector's certificate. Get yourself on the waiting list! The commissioned poppy brooch of 2008 was a huge success in raising awareness and vital funds for The Royal British Legion. This year a percentage of all sales of the 2009 brooch will go directly to the charity. Please do show your support for the Royal British Legion; simply pre-order on www.kleshna.com in time for Armistice Day on the 11th November 2009.
Since 2008 the brooches have adorned the likes of Judi Dench, Bond girl Olga Kurylenko, Katherine Jenkins, Hayley Westernra, Cheryl Cole and Carol Vorderman.
