Laser + Skin Institute Dermatology Center Wants You to Look Your Best and "Dress for Success" This Holiday Season

An open house is planned for December 11, 2009 in support of Dress for Success charitable campaign

Chatham, NJ, November 13, 2009 --(PR.com)-- The Laser + Skin Institute (LSI) announces an all day event in support of the Botox Cosmetic / Dress for Success campaign. The event, which is open to the public, is scheduled for Friday December 11, 2009 from 10:00am – 7:00pm at 417 Main Street in Chatham.

Dress for Success, the not-for-profit organization that helps disadvantaged women succeed in the workforce, has partnered with Allergan, the makers of Botox Cosmetic, to raise awareness for their efforts in providing women in need with business attire.

To support the campaign that she feels strongly about, Dr. Lisa Coppa Breslauer of the Laser + Skin Institute, will be hosting a “Dress for Success” event and performing a Botox marathon all day at her Chatham, NJ location. A representative of the Dress for Success Morris County Chapter will be on site to accept clothing for the drive and discuss benefits of their educational campaign, which is spearheaded by actress and singer Vanessa Williams. A $250,000 donation from Allergan will support the organization in its efforts to promote the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of support and the career development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.

“At the Laser + Skin Institute, we really appreciate the hard work and dedication of the Dress for Success organization and the invaluable support they provide for women in our communities. When they decided to partner with Allergan on this campaign, we really wanted to lend our support by hosting an event.” said Dr. Coppa Breslauer. “We ask that all women who would like to contribute to this worthy cause, whether they currently receive Botox or not, to please bring an article of business appropriate attire that they would like to donate. Your support will really make a difference”, she added.

Patients interested in being treated with Botox that day, are encouraged to call the office to schedule an appointment time. On the day of this event only, those receiving treatment will receive $100 off their Botox treatment, which includes a $50 mail-in rebate from Allergan. About BOTOX® Cosmetic
BOTOX® Cosmetic (Botulinum Toxin Type A) was approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in 2002 for the temporary improvement in the appearance of moderate to severe glabellar lines (the vertical "frown lines" between the eyebrows) in adult women and men ages 18 to 65. The glabellar lines, which often look like the number "11," can have a negative effect on one's overall facial appearance by creating a sad, angry, or tired impression. BOTOX® Cosmetic has been ranked as the number one physician-administered, aesthetic injectable treatment and 11.8 million treatment sessions with BOTOX® Cosmetic have been recorded in the United States alone. High patient satisfaction rates following treatment with BOTOX® Cosmetic have been well established with 97 percent of patients indicating satisfaction with the product, according to a survey of approximately 1,000 patients conducted by the research arm of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS).
