International Competition Recognizes Healthcare Marketing Agency for Creative Excellence

Dodge Communications receives five awards from 2009 Davey Awards

Roswell, GA, November 18, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Dodge Communications, a public relations and marketing agency serving the healthcare industry, today announced that the Davey Awards honored the agency with five silver awards. This is the third consecutive year that the Davey Awards has recognized Dodge for their creative work and brings the total number of awards the agency has received from the competition to 16.

The healthcare marketing and communications agency received the five awards for the following design work:

Capario’s corporate logo;
Greencastle Associates Consulting’s corporate Web site;
Navicure’s print ad;
Medical Present Value’s (MPV) pre-trade show direct mail campaign; and
MRO’s print advertising campaign.

“We are honored to be recognized by the Davey Awards for the third year in a row,” said Brad Dodge, president and CEO of Dodge Communications. “Our ability to create work that is appropriate for the healthcare industry and that excels against pieces of work from other industries shows the extensive talent our design team has and effort they put into everything we create.”

The Davey Awards (www.daveyawards.com) is an international creative award focused on honoring outstanding work from the best small firms worldwide. The annual awards program is judged and overseen by the International Academy of the Visual Arts (IAVA), an invitation-only member-based organization of leading professionals from various disciplines of the visual arts dedicated to embracing progress and the evolving nature of traditional and interactive media. The 2009 Davey Awards received over 4,000 entries from ad agencies, interactive agencies, production firms, in-house creative professionals, graphic designers, design firms and public relations firms.

“We were once again excited to honor and recognize the amazing work submitted into this year’s Davey Awards and are humbled by the exceptional work we have grown accustomed to seeing year after year,” said Linda Day, director of the IAVA. “This year’s competition saw an increasing diversified pool of entries and the high quality of work continues to push the limits of creative possibilities throughout the industry.”
