Spring Hill Studio Productions Creative Director Neil Ebanks Scores #1 and #2 Spots on This Week's Billboard Hot R&B Singles Chart

Nashville, TN, November 25, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Spring Hill Studio Productions Creative Director Neil Ebanks nabs the top two spots on this week's Billboard's Hot R&B Singles Chart, co-writing Christelle's one-two punch of “I’m a Tease” and “Excess Vibration.”

Ebanks, who co-wrote the singles with Don McGann, is no stranger to the Billboard charts. Earlier this year Ebanks made the Top R&B Hip Hop Albums chart with four songs from Christelle’s debut EP.
