As a community advocate, Lamb is responsible for analyzing the ongoing hemophilia market, developing new hemophilia programs and determining the customer service requirements of the hemophilia community. With more than 18 years of industry experience and 30 years of experience within the hemophilia community, Lamb has held a variety of positions in various hemophilia chapters. He is currently on the board of the Virginia Hemophilia Foundation and a member of the North Carolina Hemophilia Chapter.
