Desilusionado - The Forgotten Voices/Voces Olvidadas @ the Centro Civico Cultural Dominicano Gallery in Harlem

New York, NY, December 02, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Donald Giovany will feature a solo art show at the Centro Civico Cultural Dominicano gallery in Harlem. The exhibit runs from December 4th to December 30th.

The opening reception for Desilusionado - The forgotten voices/Voces olvidadas will be held on December 4th from 6.00 to 8.00 pm.

In an exhibit that honors both of Hispaniola's rich cultural heritage and storied relations, Giovany's often personal, minimalist art explores the state and nature... and impact of these exchanges on both communities. Inspired through long shared beauty and sorrow of both cultures, Desilusionado promises an intimate window into what binds and celebrates these two worlds. Both are one and different.
