)-- Le Méridien Phuket Beach Resort, through General Manager Rudolf Borgesius, recently announced that it has completed the first phase of a major room enhancement and renovation project.
One hundred and eighty Deluxe Garden and Deluxe Pool View Rooms were redesigned with modern Thai décor and distinctively stylish bathrooms, large wardrobe space, and private balconies. The new rooms are also digital entertainment-ready with a 37” LCD TV and purposely built wall-mounted media hub for laptops and media players.
Le Méridien Phuket Beach Resort has a total inventory of 470 rooms and suites. A second phase is being planned for 2010.
