Dallas, TX, December 09, 2009 --(PR.com
)-- The popular Colorado chain The Egg & I’s new Dallas location is gearing up for the holiday season by introducing these festive, new menu items:
- Pumpkin pancakes and waffles
- Peppermint hot chocolate
- Chocolate cherry cocoa
- Gingersnap smoothie, a special treat made with gingerbread, vanilla ice cream and topped with whipped cream and nutmeg
- And, as always, kid-friendly meals where every item is made into a funny face
The Egg & I Dallas adds these new items to their already popular, high-quality breakfast and lunch menu, as well as their flavored coffee that is freshly ground on site and available to take home.
The Egg & I has earned a loyal following and many “best breakfast” and “best lunch” awards in the cities where it operates. Ryan Colarossi believes the signature menu items and made-from-scratch recipes are the reason. The best-selling items from the menu include fresh soups and homemade wraps, generous homemade 10-inch whole wheat pancakes that overlap the plate and the innovative Hiker’s Eggs Benedict which features diced ham, asparagus, portabella mushrooms and tomatoes.
“Just like the TV show ‘Cheers’, we know our customers by name, as well as their favorite menu items. When they walk out our door, our goal is for them to have an ‘eggceptional’ day.” Ryan says.
The restaurant also offers:
- Free and easy to use Wi-Fi
- a free large private meeting room with a built-in projection screen
- an outdoor patio
- a pancake birthday party package for children
- Senior Tuesdays offering a 20-percent discount to seniors 60 years and older
Ryan works closely with his parents and co-owners, Rob and Rose Colarossi. The Colarossi family plan to further franchise The Egg & I’s unique brand across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex as the economy comes back around.
The Egg & I’s Dallas location is conveniently located on the border of Addison and North Dallas at 15203 Knoll Trail Drive, at the intersection of Montfort (Knoll Trail) and Arapaho Road. The popular breakfast chain is prized for its flavored, freshly ground coffees, and homemade, high-quality breakfast and lunch menu.
