Inyo Process Launches a Teflon Lined Injection Quill
Inyo’s Teflon Lined Steel Injectors provide an excellent solution for injecting concentrated acids and aggressive chemicals in larger diameter pipelines.
North Hollywood, CA, December 13, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Inyo Process, the leader in chemical diffusers introduces a new lined injection quill for large diameter pipelines. The injector has an integral steel protective pipe that allows for longer unsupported lengths than typical plastic injectors. The additional length simplifies injection in the turbulent center of the pipeline where chemical diffusion is greatest.
This removable injection quill is simple to retrofit into existing pipelines. The quill is available in a wide range of custom configurations including Kynar and PVC liners and a range of pipe diameters to 2 inches (50 mm). A variety of flanged and threaded end fittings are offered including 150# & 300#, British, Australian and DIN flange styles.
These reliable injectors have proven themselves in demanding applications including pH adjustment, biofuel production, refinery processes and water treatment applications.
