The Fit America Contest Brings Reality TV Weight Loss Results to Real Life

Beginning Jan. 1, 2007, will launch The Fit America Contest to motivate American adults to lose weight.

Puyallup, WA, October 12, 2006 --( Weight loss has been a dream come true for contestants on reality shows such as "The Biggest Loser," but what about the thousands who don’t make the callbacks? The Fit America Contest is the answer to these wannabes' prayers.

Annette Hudson, personal trainer and owner of, has introduced the contest to motivate the many Americans who need an extra push to lose the bulge around their bellies. The Fit America contest, hosted by, will start on New Years Day - the day many will begin their weight-loss resolutions - and will require no entry fee or tryouts.

All contestants will receive free memberships to for the 3-month duration of the contest. Although there will be a few surprise “grand prizes,” the emphasis will be on creating as many winners as possible.
