Coral Springs, FL, December 20, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Youth Med Spa in Coral Springs, FL helped raise almost $16,000 as a title sponsor for PNA’s local charity event Festival of the Flutes, held October 16, 2009 in Coral Springs, FL. Youth Med Spa, a state-of-the-art medical spa whose expert medical professionals provide transformative beauty solutions and anti-aging treatments that turn back the hands of time by “Bringing out the Youth in You,” offers safe and effective skin rejuvenation treatments such as Botox® and dermal fillers that give instant results with long-lasting, natural enhancement so clients look years younger without surgery to residents of Broward County, including the Coral Springs, Southwest Boca, and Parkland, FL, communities.

Festival of the Flutes was held on October 16, 2009, at the Coral Springs Marriott Resort and Convention Center from 7 to 11 p.m. Hosted by Premier Networking Alliance, the annual food and wine charity event raises funds for local nonprofit organizations in need. This year, attendees and sponsors from all over Broward County helped raise $15,802 for Southwest Florida charities Mothers Against Brain Injury, Lisa Boccard Breast Cancer Fund, and Broward Meals on Wheels. Each received a third of the proceeds. The 2009 Festival of the Flutes, which had a Woodstock theme and was titled “It’s Hip to Give,” featured both a silent and a Chinese auction of donated items such as Florida Marlin tickets, golf packages, artwork including art by Romero Britto of Britto Gallery, wine gift baskets, and professional services. Music from the 1960s entertained the crowd of more than 400, who dressed for the theme.

“We had such a wonderful time supporting those in need in Broward County at this lovely event,” said Dr. Elena Gorbunova of Youth Med Spa. “We are proud to be able to give back a little to the Coral Springs and Parkland communities, and look forward to participating in Festival of the Flutes again next year.”
