NSCS to Partner with Affinity Financial Management Services to Increase Revenue for Scholarships

NSCS and Affinity Financial Management Services have established a partnership to bring new revenue to the NSCS scholarship program.

Washington, DC, January 08, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The National Society of Collegiate Scholars (NSCS) is pleased to announce its partnership with Affinity Financial Management Services, (AFMS) a boutique financial consulting firm that assists alumni associations with acquiring new financial service relationships and identifying additional sources of revenue.

NSCS is the premiere honors organization for high-achieving first- and second-year college students at 240 universities across the US. NSCS has more than 650,000 members, the majority of whom are alumni.

AFMS will help NSCS increase revenue for its scholarship program by invigorating marketing within existing benefit programs, renegotiating affiliate partner contracts, and identifying new sources of revenue for NSCS.

“We’re pleased to work with AFMS to maximize our partnerships and thereby increase funding for NSCS scholarships,” said Stephen E. Loflin, NSCS’ Executive Director & Founder. “We already provide more than $250,000 in scholarships every year to our members, and we want to do everything possible to increase that amount. AFMS has a track record of helping associations get the revenue they need to provide more for their members, and we’re pleased to work with them on this.”

“Everyone at AFMS is very excited and proud to be working with NSCS” said Donald W. Finch, Senior Partner & Founder at AFMS. “We are proud because NSCS is the premier honor society for Freshman and Sophmores at the collegiate level, and we are excited because we firmly believe there is a wealth of opportunity for orchestrating a significant increase in their cash flow.”
