Mobile Monday Chicago Kicks of 2010 with an Event on Protecting Intellectual Property

Mobile Monday (MoMo) Chicago today announced that it will kick off 2010 with an event this coming Monday, January 18th, on protecting intellectual property during all stages of mobile development.

What: This presentation will focus on different ways to protect your intellectual property (inventions) during all stages of development. An overview of available types of protection including Confidential / Non-Disclosure Agreements, Patents, Trademarks, Trade Secrets, and Copyrights will be discussed, including advantages and strategies for each. Joseph Herndon is a partner at McDonnell Boehnen Hulbert & Berghoff LLP (MBHB) with experience in all areas of patent and trademark law practice including patent prosecution and litigation work.
