San Francisco, CA, January 14, 2010 --(PR.com
)-- Copperworks, known for hand crafted copper range hoods
, has announced a sale on their one of their most popular models. Featuring horizontal straps and a row of copper rivets, the Milano range hood is an iconic shape and has proven to very popular.
“Of all the hoods we’ve sold, this shape,” Joe Cain, owner and chief designer at Copperworks explains, “this shape is one of my personal favorites and most versatile.” Versatility is an important aspect when it comes to custom made range hoods. “Rarely do we make the exact same hood twice,” Cain continues, “most people will add something or ask for a unique modification.”
The sale may be coming at just the right time. Recently, Copperworks relaunched one of their websites, www.CopperRangeHoods.net, and the Milano copper hood is featured on it.
Copperworks is has marked the hood down 10% until February 15, 2010. This comes at an advantageous time for many who have started the year with a kitchen remodel. Cain adds, “this means the discount can be close to $1000 on some of the larger sizes.”
The Sonoma County-based manufacturer of copper hoods also has a savings program based on turnaround time. Cain explained that the current sale can also be combined with the 5% savings that they offer on orders with 90 day turnaround times.
Copperworks announces this sale as it continues to compliment its copper hood business with countertop fabrication. In the last two months alone, they have shipped more copper and zinc countertops than range hoods.
The Milano range hood incorporates many designs from Copperworks founder, John Strong. Mr. Strong sold the business when he retired in 2004 and many of his designs are still top sellers.
Copperworks has been making copper hoods since 1981. Copperworks operates a marketing office in San Francisco while all of their custom copper hoods, countertops and sinks are made and shipped from their workshop in Petaluma, California.
