Appeal Media Creative Director, Chez Ochoa, Selected by International Academy of Digital Arts & Sciences to Judge 14th Annual Webby Awards

Chez Ochoa, Creative Director of Appeal Media, San Diego’s leading website design and interactive marketing company, was selected by the International Academy of digital Arts and Sciences (IADAS) to judge first-round of 14th Annual Webby Awards.

San Diego, CA, January 14, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Appeal Media is celebrating more than just its recent Webby Award honor this year: Chez Ochoa, Creative Director of Appeal Media, San Diego’s leading website design and interactive marketing company, was selected by the International Academy of digital Arts and Sciences (IADAS) to judge first-round of 14th Annual Webby Awards.

As a past Webby Official Honoree for his company’s design of ElderHelp.org, Chez was also honored as an associate member of the IADAS.

Associate members are Internet professionals and former Webby winners who work with and on the Internet. They are required to have demonstrable familiarity with the category in which they judge and are individually obliged to produce evidence of such expertise.

“Having been honored earlier this year with a Webby Award was a privilege in itself,” said Chez, who personally worked on the ElderHelp.org website which won the award. “Now, to be invited to sit on the other side of the competition is an incredible honor.”

The Webby judging process relies on the creativity, knowledge, and expertise of those in the industry who take pride in celebrating great work being done online. For this reason, an accomplished and dynamic Academy is essential to the judging process.
