Falls Village Golf Club Hosts Tournament for the Molly Brown Foundation

Durham Golf Club Supports Local Startup Nonprofit Organization

Durham, NC, October 19, 2006 --(PR.com)-- Marc Reynolds, general manager at Falls Village Golf Club, has announced that the club recently hosted a tournament for the Molly Brown Foundation on Friday, Oct. 13 at 9:30 a.m.

Over 80 players attended the event, with fundraising contributions benefiting the Molly Brown Foundation’s efforts to construct a facility for children with disabilities. Funds will also be shared among a variety of Triangle charities. This event marked only the second charity tournament for the Molly Brown Foundation, which is still in the initial phases of its organizational development.

“Our club was highly anticipating this year’s tournament for the Molly Brown Foundation, said Reynolds. “Charity events are a wonderful way to help newer organizations such as the Molly Brown Foundation begin to involve the surrounding community in their growing cause.”
