East and West Collaborate to Open Elite SAT Preparation Center in Cincinnati, Ohio
A+ Advanced Learning and Test Prep Center has opened its new location in Mason, OH, forming a team of Michael DiSalvo, MA eq (specializing in Reading Comprehension, Grammar and Writing) and Madhu Sanakari, MBA (specializing in Mathematics). The two have formed an impressive duo that has been able to raise students' scores into the 99th percentile on the SAT and ACT.
Cincinnati, OH, January 16, 2010 --(PR.com)-- After approximately one month of preparation, A+ Advanced Learning and Test Prep Center is pleased to now announce the opening of its SAT Preparation Center in Mason, Ohio. After final negotiations were consummated in the new year, Mr Michael DiSalvo agreed to join Madhu Sanakari in the resuming of Mr Sanakari's SAT preparation classes that had helped his students earn scores into the 700s in the Math portion of the SAT. Mr DiSalvo brings much to the team, having helped his students in their one-on-one preparation achieve even perfect scores in various sections of the SAT and ACT on test day.
The combination is truly an East-West collaboration, with Mr Sanakari having earned Gold Medal and Certificate for Academic Excellence with a 4.0 GPA from the esteemed MNIT in Allahabad, India. Mr Sanakari's well-known math expertise with an influence of traditional Eastern academia is joined with the
Mr DiSalvo's traditional Western approach, including his study of languages at the well-known L'universita per Stranieri (The University for Foreigners) in Perugia, Italy, where he was able to add the Italian language to his repertoire of Spanish and Latin to finish out his expertise in Romance languages. Mr DiSalvo's wife, a native of Kerala, India, will also assist at classes.
Mr DiSalvo and Sanakari will be teaching in tandem this year to students as young as 6th grade who are preparing for the PSAT and SAT, as well as for standardized tests and academic excellence in general. Mr DiSalvo's expertise in Reading Comprehension, Writing and Grammar will be complemented by Mr Sanakari's expertise in Mathematics. Various tracks are being offered with either open enrollment (a PSAT skills class) or limited enrollment (a SAT preparation course offered for ten weeks) with an opportunity for new students to both take a free diagnostic test and to sit in on an introduction class.
