Atlanta, GA, January 21, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The Heart of Hip-Hop (www.theheartofhiphop.com), a division of Freestyle Missions (www.freestylemissions.com), announced it would compile a compilation CD entitled “The Heart for Haiti.” The CD will contain songs donated by concerned Christian Hip-Hop artists. These artists wish to make an impact and provide continued support for the Haitian recovery efforts from the 7.0 magnitude earthquake, which devastated the country January 12, 2010. The CD will not have a price but will be available for donation. 100% of the donations will go toward the continued outreach efforts of Freestyle Missions in Haiti, which has had a mission in the region for several years prior to the quake. “We will also deliver compilation CD’s and relief personally to Port Au Prince,” said Scott Free, Freestyle Missions Director. “Our goal is to help rebuild the church, bring hope to devastated lives and bring water, clothing and other supplies to the people,” he added. The Heart of Hip-Hop is a 501c3 For Impact organization based in Atlanta Georgia with a mission that uses various art forms to impact the urban hip-hop culture with the Gospel through outreach, evangelism and missions.
