Mangrove Seed, Inc. Announces New Guidebook for Self Discovery and Authentic Expression

A new guidebook for individuals and groups seeking new ways to discover their True S(s)elf and authentic personal expression in daily living.

Sarasota, FL, January 22, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Mangrove Seed, Inc. announced today the release of a revised edition of The Way Of The Mangrove Seed, a guidebook to Self Discovery and Authentic Expression. The Mangrove Seed, Inc. is a not for profit 501(c)3 holistic learning center located in Sarasota, Florida, USA.

The book explains the process and rationale for a unique way of personal living based upon the twenty two year journey of the founder of the Mangrove Seed. Although the book reflects a personal statement, the process and rationale can be applied by anyone in today’s stressful and globally connected world.

The short book of sixty pages presents his conclusions about learning to live authentically as an individual, and harmoniously as a member of social/cultural groups. The book presents the problem of our current human condition, “As individuals we have become disconnected from authentic personal meaning in life. And, collectively we have forgotten who we are and why we are here. When we have lost touch with our True Essence, we become afflicted by fear, controlled by compulsive thinking, and deceived by the dictates of a dominant rational mind.”

The Way Of The Mangrove Seed also presents a solution to personal human suffering, “As we learn to use a new balanced S(s)elf to make life situation decisions, we complement the fear-based rational mind with our trust-based intuitive mind.” In brief, the book offers a unique holistic model for S(s)elf balancing that includes a process, pathway, and plan to regain a balanced lifestyle.

Of special note is the book’s description of Expressive Arts as a vehicle to create and maintain a balanced and peaceful lifestyle, through the personal use of images, text, and music and empathic group dialogue.

The book is available to individuals and groups seeking new ways for authentic personal expression and harmonious living.
