Bulldog Mobile Billboards Drives Mobile Display Launch for Lennox Industries

Mobile advertising vehicle veteran Rod Collins, owner of Bulldog Mobile Billboards has revealed the first of five mobile display vehicles for client Lennox Industries. These vehicles display their roof top product and act as a sales/ training tool.

Dallas, TX, January 27, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Bulldog Mobile Billboards unveiled the first of five mobile product display vehicles designed for Lennox Industries today. Owner Rod Collins was brought in during the planning stages of this project due to his expertise in the mobile advertising vehicle business. Collins said “the marketing team at Lennox really did a nice job of determining what they wanted in this project” and “this is a great example of corporate marketing division driving home the product/brand message while giving the sales team a one-of-a-kind tool.”

The custom built 24 foot vehicle features a complete interior and exterior vinyl wrap. Large 6’x10’ and 3’x4’ windows expose the interior which houses an actual Energence™ Heating and Air Conditioning display unit and a Prodigy™ control system by Lennox.

Director of Commercial Marketing Denise Ernst said “This is the first of five vehicles we are deploying from North American sales offices as part of a new product roll-out. We were interested in bringing our new rooftop unit line directly to our customers rather than asking them to come to a warehouse, factory or to the top of a commercial building. We can comfortably take 10 – 12 people through the vehicle with turnkey multi-media presentations available on demand. By designing the mobile demonstration truck to be both a training center and a sales tool on our equipment, the mobile vehicles can be used constantly by our sales force. This campaign helps us target our market while making a lasting impression.”

Founder and President Rod Collins launched Bulldog Mobile Billboards in December of 2006 to provide a unique Out-of-Home and Experiential approach to marketing. In addition, he launched Out-of-Home Nationwide.com in the fall of 2009. Bulldog Mobile prefers to offer what Collins calls an active as opposed to the passive approach that legacy media such as radio, newspaper and television offer. The company features glass walled concept trucks for scrolling billboards and 3D showcases, static billboard trucks and now vehicles built to spec for tours and campaigns such as the Lennox Industries project. Collins said, “This fleet we are helping build for Lennox is a great extension of our services as there are a lot of companies that have a product that is large, or otherwise unique, and should take advantage of this medium.”
