Wine, Dine & Tableside Flower Delivery at Quince on Valentine's Day Weekend

Chicago, IL, January 28, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Lit by candles and a warm fireplace, Quince at the Homestead (1625 Hinman, Evanston, IL) offers a romantic setting for a Valentine’s Day dinner for two. The evening begins with a complimentary glass of sparkling wine, followed by a 4-course, prix fixe dinner from Chef Andy Motto. Quince is partnering with Flowers, Flowers of Evanston to make Valentine’s Day a special night for couples. Diners making reservations at Quince for either Saturday, February 13 or Sunday, February 14, will receive 20% off a dozen roses from Flowers, Flowers plus free delivery to the restaurant.

Quince Chef Andy Motto has taken care of the dinner menu for two, offering both a regular and a vegetarian 4-course option on Valentine’s Day for $65 per guest.

Regular Menu
Aperitif – Conde du Subirats Brut Rose, Cava NV
1st Course – Crispy Pork Dumpling Serrano pepper viniagrette
2nd Course – Organic Salmon Spaetzle, pearl & cippolini onions, herb gel
3rd Course – Braised Short Ribs, blue cheese pierogi, red wine sauce
4th Course – Chocolate Molten, aerated, baked, ganache, lemon

Vegetarian Menu
Aperitif – Conde de Subirats Brut Rose, Cava NV
1st Course – Liquid Cauliflower Ravioli, eggplant caviar, herb butter
2nd Course – Mushroom Soup, black truffle, marinated mushrooms, sunchokes
3rd Course – Winter Squash Agnolotti, seasonal vegetables, fresh herbs
4th course – Organic Apple Water, black pepper custard, manchego

For those wishing to celebrate early, on Saturday, February 13 diners can order off the a la carte menu or Chef’s special 5-course tasting menu. Tableside flower delivery is available on the 13th.
