My Last Five Girlfriends, Exclusive Preview Tickets from Jigsaw & Paramount Pictures
Following great reception in New York, at the Tribeca Film Festival, the quirky and refreshingly unique British romantic comedy, My Last Five Girlfriends is due for nationwide release across the UK on 19th March 2010.
London, United Kingdom, February 25, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Jigsaw and Paramount Pictures are delighted to offer a small group of Jigsaw customers the exclusive chance to win one of 25 pairs of tickets to a private screening of this film, on Friday 12th March, prior to its nationwide release. Everyone can sign up on Jigsaw website to win.
The private screening will take place at the Paramount Pictures UK screening cinema in Central London. There will be drinks and nibbles before settling down in comfort in a 50 seat, private cinema to enjoy the film. The cast should be there on that night.
The cast includes, among others, Brendan Patricks, Naomie Harris, Kelly Adams and of course, a Jigsaw cardigan. A Jigsaw cardigan had a role to play in 4 scenes.
The film centres around Duncan, a man looking for the perfect girl. Duncan, devastated when his latest relationship hits the rocks, is on the brink of giving it all up. In a final attempt to find out where it all went wrong he undertakes a review of his last five girlfriends. The journey he takes is very funny, poignant and in places, deeply bizarre, with an amusing amount of “I’ve been there” empathy coming from anyone watching.
To help support the release of the film, Jigsaw invited the cast to take part in a photo shoot at their studio. For a moment, Jigsaw’s head office was transformed into a hub of glamorous activity as a little taste of Hollywood was there. On Jigsaw's site there are the final results of the shoot and what went on behind the scenes on the day.
To celebrate the launch of the film, Jigsaw has re-created the featured cardigan as a beautiful, limited edition style. Known as the “I Love You” cardigan, reflecting the dilemma faced by Duncan when preparing his gift for Gemma, girlfriend No.5, this unique piece is fashioned from silk cotton, in a bright spring yellow and includes a one-off “I Love You” label.
