Foxbright Announces Growth-Driven Move to Downtown Grand Rapids Headquarters

Software technology and professional services firm expands and establishes offices in landmark Waters Building.

Grand Rapids, MI, October 31, 2006 --(PR.com)-- Foxbright, a West Michigan-based technology company specializing in the design and development of web-based software applications, announced that it has moved its offices to 161 Ottawa Ave. NW, Suite 412, in the historic Waters Building. Spurred by the success of its newly released Content Management System (CMS), now powering the websites of several Michigan school districts and educational consortia, Foxbright has grown from 5 to 12 fulltime staff since the beginning of this year.  The new 3,000 square foot office space will accommodate more growth, which is anticipated over the full sweep of Foxbright’s engineering, service, research and development, and sales and marketing activities.

Foxbright’s CMS has been extremely well-received “because it is simply the most functional tool available for complex organizations like school districts that have to keep their website content fresh, but at the lowest cost and with the greatest degree of flexibility,” says Rob Huisingh, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Foxbright. Historically, modifications to complex websites were made by an individual webmaster or a small group of technology experts. Foxbright’s CMS enables people throughout the organization to change website content quickly and easily. “Our CMS can turn everyone in an organization into a webmaster.”

To accommodate the increasing demand for their products and supporting services, Foxbright has “assembled a phenomenal team,” says Huisingh. “We are extremely selective, so being able to find the individuals we have has been a tremendous success, and now we have a corporate home appropriate for them.”

Foxbright sees an increasing need for highly trained and highly qualified software engineers and technology developers. As more industries recognize the benefits of creating truly dynamic websites, they will move toward automating some or all of their web presence with Foxbright’s CMS tool. “Our custom, web-delivered software solutions are gaining champions in manufacturing and professional services organizations. For healthcare organizations—really any information-rich website whose users demand fresh, relevant, timely content—our CMS is an ideal solution,” says Huisingh.

Foxbright’s first full year of operation shows significant growth for each quarter, as its market share steadily increases. The company’s growth is also a result of Foxbright’s strong commitment to innovation. “We invest a great deal in product and process development,” says Foxbright’s President, Catherine Ettinger. “With the rollout of our new CMS software, we expect steady growth over the next several years.”
