Boca Raton, FL, February 26, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Have an appetite for a unique culinary experience? You’ll find it at The Cheese Course, the latest addition to Mizner Park in downtown Boca Raton. This specialty European-style cheese shop and bistro offers over 150 artisanal cheeses imported from dairy farms all over the world.

To mark the opening, the public is invited to attend a series of complimentary Grand Opening Tasting Events celebrating cheeses from seven different countries:
- Friday, March 5, 5-8 p.m. “The Cheeses of Europe: England, Switzerland, France”
- Saturday, March 6, 12-4 p.m. “The Cheeses of Southern Europe: Italy, Greece, Spain”
- Sunday, March 7, 12-4 p.m. “The Cheeses of the USA: West Coast, East Coast, Midwest”

The shop’s hand-crafted cheeses are authentic creations from cheese makers who take pride in their work, and are presented with expert and enthusiastic counsel, education, tastings and events.

The Cheese Course offers made-to-order individual “cheese courses”, as well as sandwiches, salads, unique breakfast items and 24 wines by the glass. Guests will also find catering, specialty trays, baskets and gifts, and a new location for hosting private events.
