115 Midtowne Teams With North Carolina Pork Council Chefs Advisory Board For Fundraiser

Event Will Aid Southeast Chapter of American Cancer Society

Raleigh, NC, November 01, 2006 --(PR.com)-- Tim Fletcher, general manager of 115 Midtowne, a sophisticated, contemporary restaurant located in North Hills on Six Forks Road, has announced that the restaurant’s chef Scott James will participate with the North Carolina Pork Council Chefs Advisory Board at a fundraiser for the Southeast Chapter of the American Cancer Society on Friday, Nov. 10 from 6-11 p.m. at the N.C. Fairgrounds Gov. W. Kerr Scott Building at 1025 Blue Ridge Road in Raleigh. James has submitted a recipe for a pork product that will be available for sampling at the black tie optional event.

“We are proud to do our part in aiding the American Cancer Society,” said Fletcher. “We hope the money raised from the event will help in the local chapter’s efforts to combat cancer.”
