UK Freight Forwarders Association Uses Multimodal 2010 to Promote Its Offering

BIFA – the British International Freight Association – is attending Multimodal 2010 and looking forward to meeting existing and prospective members and to bringing its message to the wider UK freight industry.

London, United Kingdom, March 04, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Multimodal 2010 is the UK’s only event dedicated to embracing the complete spectrum of freight transportation and logistics, providing a stimulating and interactive environment.

BIFA will be on stand 770 at the show, which is being held in Hall 4 at the NEC Birmingham from Tuesday 27th to Thursday 29th April 2010.

According to Peter Quantrill, BIFA Director General, the purpose of BIFA’s attendance is straightforward.

He says: “Our attendance is an opportunity for existing members to visit us on the stand, where we will have all five Regional Representatives present on the Wednesday, and for us to meet prospective members. We will be flying the flag for the benefits of BIFA membership and our gold standard training courses. We look forward to showing our video ‘Who is BIFA’ on the stand to those attending Multimodal 2010.

“When we were planning our communications and marketing efforts this year, we saw our attendance in Birmingham as a key item in our strategy. We have always recognised the need to travel around the UK to meet our membership and the wider freight industry that supports the country’s role in international trade. This show, now in its third year, is ideal for showcasing what we can offer the UK freight forwarder.

“We pride ourselves on the nationwide coverage we offer our membership, and the convenience of Birmingham’s location is a win-win for us. I extend an invitation to any company or individual involved in freight transport or supply chain management in the UK to visit stand 770 at the exhibition and let us show them the benefits of BIFA membership.”
