PR.com)-- The West Yellowstone World Snowmobile Expo is scheduled for March 12th-14th, 2010. This year’s EXPO combines snowmobile racing and snow drags along with freestyle aerials, ATV racing on snow, a Vintage snowmobile display and the Toughman Enduro.
The Mountain West Racing snocross 2009 finale will feature qualifying runs on Friday and Saturday, with finals on Sunday morning "Dialed in' snowmobile Snow Drag races compete in the 7th annual Snow Drags sanctioned by WSSRA. The radar run takes place on Friday, March 12th; drags on Saturday and Sunday. Kitty Cat and 120 kid's races racers compete on Friday and Saturday.
High-flying aerials by Octane Addictionswill take place on Saturday afternoon. MWR ATV racing on the snocross course features qualifying runs on Friday with finals on Saturday. The Toughman Enduro race on Friday afternoon pits teams of five people competing head to head.
Arctic Cat, Polaris, Skidoo and Yamaha will unveil their new 2011 snowmobile lines along with hundreds of new aftermarket exhibits on display at the West Yellowstone Holiday Inn Conference Hotel.
New for this year is an outdoor Swap Meet to be held on Saturday, March 13th, from 9:00 to 5:00 PM. The meet will take place on Madison Avenue and feature all types of recreational vehicles, equipment, and parts. Shuttles will carry EXPO visitors from the race course to the swap meet and exhibition hall.
Travel into the heart of Yellowstone during the World Snowmobile Expo through March 15th, 2010. Each day, commercially guided tours depart from West Yellowstone, Montana traveling over snow covered, groomed roads to popular destinations including Old Faithful and The Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone.
The always popular “Casino Night” returns on Friday night or celebrate 20 years of EXPO with a “Back to the 80’s” anniversary bash on Saturday night followed by a Calcutta” auction.
