All of these Boston based comedians have traveled all over the country, appeared on the most prestigious comedy television shows on HBO and Comedy Central, and now they are coming home for a night of laughs at the Orpheum Theatre Foxboro.
Tim McIntire has been one of the most prolific comics in Boston for nearly a decade, gaining notoriety for his Thursday Night Fights at the Comedy Studio, his edgy hosting job for the Boston Music Awards, and his first comedy album, Poor Impulse Control. His rapid ascent in the Boston club scene and quirky humor prompted the Boston Globe to profile him in 2005, describing him as the “most talented” and “the city’s freshest new comedian, showing real promise, real early.” List moved to New York City in 2006, becoming a favorite at clubs across the city. He tours as the preferred feature act for Comedy Central’s Nick DiPaolo, in addition to his own shows in clubs and colleges. In 2007 List performed at the prestigious HBO Las Vegas Comedy Festival where his solid performance garnered industry attention and positive reviews. He made his national television debut on Comedy Central’s Live at Gotham which premiered in July 2008. List currently resides in New York City where he can be seen in the clubs regularly.
